Privacy Policy for Personal Information This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the service or "Site" may receive from the User during their use of the website https://unapco.com and during the execution of any agreements and contracts with the User. The use of the mentioned website implies the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information. If the User disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using the resource. The agreement is valid indefinitely (or until the subscription ends, for example, 6 months) from the moment the User provides their data and can be revoked by the User at any time, in accordance with point 4 of this agreement. 1. Personal Information of Users for Processing 1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information of the User" means: 1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves independently during registration (account creation) or while using the site, including personal data. Mandatory information for submission is marked accordingly. Other information is provided at the User's discretion. 1.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted during use through the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, browser information (or other program used to access the site), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the site, requested page addresses, and other similar information. 1.1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of this resource. 1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed while using this resource. It does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may visit via links, including in the section with recommendations from partner services. 1.3. The accuracy of the personal information provided by the User is not verified. However, this Policy assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps it up to date. 2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information of Users 2.1. Only the personal information necessary for providing the functions of the site or fulfilling agreements and contracts with the User is collected and stored, except in cases where the law requires the mandatory storage of personal information for a specified period. 2.2. The User's personal information is processed for the following purposes: 2.2.1. Identification of the party in the framework of agreements and contracts. 2.2.2. Providing the User with a personalized personal account and fulfilling agreements and contracts. 2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of this resource, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing the User's requests and applications. 2.2.4. Improving the quality of the site, enhancing user convenience, and developing new services. 2.2.5. Targeting advertising materials. 2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data. 3. Conditions for Processing Personal Information of Users and its Transfer to Third Parties 3.1. The storage of Users' personal information occurs according to internal regulations. 3.2. There are no restrictions on the methods of processing personal data. 3.3. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited number of people, such as including reviews on the service's work or public comments on specific pages of the site. The User agrees that certain personal information may become publicly available. 3.4. The User's personal information may be provided to third parties in the following cases: 3.4.1. The User has consented to such actions. 3.4.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use certain features of the site or to fulfill a specific agreement or contract with the User. 3.4.3. The transfer is provided by Russian or other applicable legislation as part of the legal procedure. 3.4.4. Such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of business (fully or partially), where the purchaser assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information they receive. 3.4.5. In order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the User or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement of this resource or this Policy. 3.4.6. As a result of processing the User's personal information through anonymization, anonymized statistical data is obtained and transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work, or providing services. 3.5. The processing of personal data of Users is governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data." 4. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information. Mandatory Data Storage 4.1. The User can at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal information provided by them or part of it by using the personal data editing feature or contacting Support. 4.2. The User may also delete the personal information provided within a specific account by using the "Delete Account" function. Deleting the account automatically revokes the User's consent to the processing of their data. Additionally, the User may revoke consent by written notice at least 1 (one) month before revoking consent, and an early termination procedure of the Agreement with the Company will be initiated. 4.3. The rights provided in points 4.1 and 4.2 of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of the site to store modified or deleted information for the period specified by law and to transfer such information in accordance with the legislatively established procedure to the government authority. 5. Processing of Personal Information Using Cookies and Counters 5.1. Cookies transmitted from the User's equipment may be used to provide personalized services to the User, for targeting advertising shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and for improving the resource. 5.2. The User understands that the equipment and software they use to visit websites may have the function to prohibit cookie operations (for all websites or for specific websites) and to delete previously obtained cookies. 5.3. The site administration has the right to specify that certain functions can only be provided if the User allows the acceptance and receipt of cookies. 5.4. The structure of a cookie file, its content, and technical parameters are determined and may change without prior notification to the User. 5.5. The counters placed on the site may be used to analyze the User's cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the site's usage, as well as to ensure its overall functionality or certain functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by the site administration and may change without prior notification to the User. 6. Measures Taken to Protect the User's Personal Information 6.1. The site administration takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties. 7. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law 7.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the current version will specify the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise specified in the new version. 7.2. This Policy and the relations between the User and this resource arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. 8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties. Refund Procedure 8.1. A refund request made by the Customer after the end of the training period (duration of the training program), i.e., when the service has been fully provided, will be considered by the Performer, but will not be satisfied, as unilateral withdrawal from the contract, which has been executed, is not allowed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.2. The Performer has the right to block the Customer's participation without the right to a refund in the case of violating the behavior rules during the provision of services under this offer, namely: incitement of interethnic conflicts, distracting participants from the course or webinar topic, spamming, placing advertisements, using obscene language, rudeness, general calls for distrust, or insulting the Performer or other program participants. The Performer has the right to block the Customer's participation under this clause temporarily or until the end of the course program. 8.3. The Performer has the right to not begin the provision of services or suspend the provision of services they have already started in cases of non-fulfillment of the Customer's obligations under this Agreement, namely:
incomplete (improper, untimely) payment;
failure to provide personal, registration, or other data required for service provision.
8.4. After purchasing the course, refunds will only be provided in the case of a technical problem that prevented the customer from receiving the service.
